Raymundo has advised Mexican and foreign companies in corporate and financing transactions through different investment vehicles. Raymundo has represented banks, sofomes and funds, as lenders; and corporations and investment vehicles, as borrowers and debt issuers, in connection with bilateral and syndicated loans, structured financing and refinancing and restructuring deals.
