We may collect the following personal information: full name, address, date and place of birth, address, gender, email address, telephone and cell phone numbers, curriculum vitae, institution where he/she studied or completed his/her studies, academic average, place of work, RFC (the "Personal Data").

The Personal Data collected through this or any other means will be used, as appropriate, for the following purposes: (i) contacting the holder; (ii) providing information about our professional services; (iii) creating and keeping your academic and professional profile updated in our database; (iv) providing the requested legal services and informing you about the status of your matters; (v) executing our administrative tasks, such as billing; (vi) evaluating and recruiting candidates to work in our team, and (vii) generally, complying with the purpose of the relationship that originated the processing of Personal Data.

We have adequate and sufficient security measures for the safekeeping, protection, and confidentiality of Personal Data, to prevent access to it by unauthorized persons. Likewise, our employees, consultants and third parties involved in any phase of the processing of your Personal Data will maintain its confidentiality and undertake to maintain it even after the end of their relationship with our firm.

As a general rule, we will only disclose Personal Data in accordance with the legislation in force applicable to our activities, in accordance with the applicable legal mandate and to the extent deemed reasonably necessary by the different authorities.

III. Means for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to data processing.
