Francisco has developed his practice in mergers and acquisitions, the insurance and surety industry, international transactions, antitrust and corporate law. Through his experience, he has collaborated in several transactions in Mexico's insurance, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Francisco advises Boards of Directors and Audit Committees of insurance institutions on compliance with corporate governance rules.

• Arthur J. Gallagher, in the insurance-regulatory and antitrust aspects related to the acquisition of the assets of Willis of its reinsurance broker business.
• Odontored Seguros Dentales, obtaining the regulatory approvals to comply with solvency-capital requirements.
• Odontoprev, in establishing a JV to render services to the insurance industry.
• Party City, in the acquisition of Granmark, S.A. de C.V.
• AmTrust Financial Services, in the obtainment of the regulatory approvals in Mexico due to its delisting from NYSE.
• Medi Access Seguros de Salud, in the regulatory matters related to its acquisition by Abu Pharma.
• ABA Seguros (currently Chubb), in obtaining the regulatory authorizations for its purchase by ACE.
• Perrigo, in the acquisition of Laboratorios Diba, S.A. de C.V.
• SOGEFI Group, in negotiating a built-to-suit agreement for a new facility.
• M+W, in preparing the standard form documents for contracting construction and related works for high-tech projects.
• SKD, assisting a Canadian group in acquiring control of such entity.
• Fersinsa Gb, assisting a Netherland group in the acquisition of control of such entity.
