Patricio Yañez has focused his legal practice primarily in the corporate, banking and finance, and real estate areas. He has represented domestic and international companies and funds in the acquisition and disposition of equity and assets, joint- ventures, corporate governance, financing transactions, and in the structuring and development of real estate projects.
