(i) in 2018 with Credit Agricole as lender;
(ii) in 2016 and
2015 with HSBC as lender; and
(iii) in 2012 and 2009
with Banorte Ixe as Placement Intermediary.
• Coca-Cola FEMSA (BMV: KOF 17 and 17-02), in two
issuances of bonds (certificados bursátiles) for
MXN$10,000 million.
• Dimex (BMV: DIMEXCB 17), in an issuance of trust
bonds (certificados bursátiles fiduciarios) for $450 million.
• Coca-Cola FEMSA (BMV: KOF), CEMEX (BMV:
CEMEX); Crediclub (BMV: CCLUB) and other
issuers, in listed securities issues.
• Aircraft financing for international funds and banks
(AeroMéxico, Interjet, AeroMar, Volaris, Viva
AeroBus and Mexicana).
• Covia Holdings, in the restructuring of its debt (bank
loans and guarantee structures), for US$1,000 million.
• Arendal, in the restructuring of its debt (exchange and
issuance of bonds, collateralized obligations and
contingent obligations), for US$200 million.
• AXTEL, in the restructuring of its debt (exchange and
issuance of bonds and guaranteed obligations for U.S.
$800 million.
• Multiple restructurings and refinancings, including
CEMEX, (2007-2013), VITRO (2004 - 2005) and
COPAMEX (2001 - 2004).
• Axtel, in its merger with Alestra, a subsidiary of Alfa.
